2026 Summer is Enrollment OPEN!
Please read the instructions, the ProCare registration link for enrollment is now open at the bottom of this page to submit your child’s application.
Pre-enrollment is required for one or both Youth Summer Learning and Community Treasures options!
Youth Summer Learning Program: Program dates will be June 1st 2026 – July 24th 2026.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 12:00pm
(Doors open for drop off at 7:50am)
K-6th (Must be at least age 5 and entering Kindergarten in the Fall.)
Summer bridge curriculum per grade level to help prevent summer learning loss
Fun activities, special guests, and enrichment
USDA breakfast & lunch provided
Professional instructors/teachers on staff.
Cost: $10 per week, per child
Community Treasures Summer Youth Camp: Program dates will be June 1st 2026 – July 24th 2026.
Monday-Friday, 12:30pm to 5:30pm
(Children who attend Summer Learning in the morning can stay and go right into the afternoon program.)
K-6th (Must be at least age 5 and entering Kindergarten in the Fall)
S.T.E.A.M. weekly themes, crafts, and games
USDA lunch & snack provided
“Tourist in your Town” field trips in Muskogee/Tulsa
Cost: $10 per week, per child

ONLINE PROCESS: To enroll in the above NBN Summer Youth Programs, please use the following instructions.
- Enrollment is ONLINE ONLY! No paper or printed forms will be accepted. The enrollment portal opens on Wednesday, April 1st 2026 at 9am to be considered for placement.
- You will need an email address that you can access in order to enroll your child(ren).
- Once in the online system (ProCare), you will choose the program(s) you are enrolling for each child. *Note, if you already have the ProCare App downloaded or saved, you will be set to enroll child(ren) once the online portal is open.
- Each student who submits an enrollment form will be put on a waitlist and then assessed for placement in the program according to age/grade.
- Enrollment will be on a first come first served basis, with limited space in each age group/grade level.
- SUBMITTING AN ENROLLMENT FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE ADMISSION INTO THE PROGRAM!
- Parents will be contacted directly by phone and/or email within 5 to 7 business days with status of program placement.
- If there is no availability parents for placement in the child’s respective grade level, they will remain on the waitlist.
- Weekly camp tuition will be enforced, and ALL enrolled children will be required to pay in a timely manner. Failure to pay will result in forfeiting your place in the program. Community Treasures (AM Session) weekly camp tuition is $10 per week, per child & Summer Learning (PM Session) weekly cost is $10, with approved enrollment.
